Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll happily exchange it at no extra cost.
- Please contact us with clear photos of the item(s) within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchange product delivery in 3 days
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at contact@thetrendoraa.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending the item.
Ship the item back to the return address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Important Notes
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
